One year ago, we lost Jason Wynyard, one of the greatest athletes in STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® history. The New Zealander was not only an outstanding athlete, but also a role model for many and a highly valued member of the TIMBERSPORTS® community. With nine Individual World Championship titles and numerous other successes and records, he shaped the series like no other.
Jason was an icon of the sport and a valued companion to many. His influence on the TIMBERSPORTS® world goes far beyond the competitions: he inspired generations of athletes over the years and continues to do so today.
Today we celebrate not only his athletic achievements, but also the impressive legacy he has left behind. Jason, we miss you so much.
